For families paying the educational expenses at Landmark, it can seem like an enormous challenge. During Family Weekend, we offer a presentation to our families to help in understanding how current tax laws allow for various deductions and credits, both educational and medical. Below are links to relevant IRS information and documentation. We recommend that you consult your tax advisor about these options.
Presentation from Family Weekend: Making Landmark College More Affordable
Landmark College's tuition and fees may qualify as a medical tax deduction. IRS publications 907 and 502 offer information about medical expenses. In addition to tuition and fees, other costs such as books, notebook computers and other educational related expenses may be tax deductible.
